Competent Automobiles Board recommends 10% final dividend

Competent Automobiles Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 10% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
