Heritage Foods Ltd announces closure of trading window for Q3 results

All the connected person(s) / associates of Heritage Foods Ltd are hereby requested to take note that in terms of Trading Restrictions placed by Clause 7 of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report trading of Equity shares by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window for the transacting the equity shares of the Company, shall remain closed from January 11, 2016 to January 23, 2016 (both days inclusive).

This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Company which is scheduled to be held on January 21, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results(Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter/Nine months ended on December 31, 2015.

In this connection all connected person(s) / associates of the Company to whom the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report trading of Equity of the Company is applicable and also those persons to whom the said Code is not applicable but, who have come in to the possession of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.

Shares of Heritage Foods Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.556 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 575.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8417 in over 418 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 573.75 and intraday low of 551.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4725677.
