Asya Infosoft Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Jan 07, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Asya Infosoft Ltd will be held on January 07, 2016, to consider & allot equivalent number of equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each issued at premium of Rs. 12.75/- per share, upon conversion of warrants & receipt of due consideration amount from respective allottees.

The Board will also consider proposal to execute the revised Listing Agreement pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 between the Company & BSE Ltd.
