Texmaco to consider merger of 3 companies

Texmaco Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2007, to consider and approve the ratio of merger in respect of merger of the following Companies with the Company.

1. Neora Hydro Ltd., a Joint Venture Company with the Company.

2. Shree Export House Ltd, a Subsidiary of the Company.

3. Evershine Merchants Pvt Ltd.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.1170, down by Rs.0.65 or 0.06%. The total traded quantity was 1201 compared to 2 week average of 4860. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1200 and low of Rs.1159.
