Zuari Industries enters into Joint Venture Agreement with Israel Chemicals

Zuari Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into Joint Venture Agreement with Israel Chemicals Ltd for establishment of water soluble NPK Fertiliser Plant with an initial capacity of 10,000 tonnes per year. It is proposed to establish a 50:50 Joint Venture Company with Israel Chemicals Ltd to establish and operate a soluble fertiliser production facility in India.

The stock closed the day at Rs.201.75, up by Rs.9.60 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.201.75 and low of Rs.194.65. The total traded quantity was 42544 compared to 2 week average of 100380.
