Century Textiles clarifies on news regarding demerger, land sale

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Demerger buzz in Century Textiles", Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has clarified that there is no plan at present to demerge the Company's businesses in to a different entity for retail, textiles and / or cement business as reported in the said article, presently being carried on by the Company. As regards land on which the textile mill was operative in Mumbai, there is no proposal at present to sell the same.
