Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 135780 shares

The resolution was passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd on December 24, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 135780 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

6680 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000 and 21600 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

The committee allotted 15204 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010 and 53296 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

The committee also allotted 39000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.518.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 518.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49892 in over 2028 trades.
