Madhucon Projects Board recommends 30% dividend

Madhucon Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 30% dividend for the year 2006-2007 to the Shareholders for consideration and approval.
