The Board of Directors of Venus India Asset-Finance Pvt Ltd in their Meeting held on December 12, 2015, appointed Ms. Nikita Nigam, member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as Company Secretary and designated her as KMP of the company with effect from December 12, 2015.
