HDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 2093200 equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on December 23, 2015 2093200 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5045986434 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5050172834 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1072.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1074.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 278034 in over 1735 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1076.25 and intraday low of 1054.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 298485844.
