Capital First Ltd approves issue of NCDs worth Rs. 150 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on December 21, 2015, has approved a issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures in the nature of Debentures of INR 75,00,00,000/- (INR Seventy Five Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 75,00,00,000/- (INR Seventy Five Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.415.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 410.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15530 in over 786 trades.
