Zee Learn Ltd approves allotment of 16035 shares upon exercise of Stock Option

The ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of Zee Learn Ltd at its meeting held on December 19, 2015 has approved allotment of total 16,035 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme - AMENDED 2015.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,285,598 equity shares of Re. 1 each aggregating Rs. 320,285,598 to 320,301,633 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,301,633/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.41.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 68834 in over 686 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 42 and intraday low of 40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2835888.
