Bhartiya International Ltd allots 5 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Bhartiya International Ltd at its meeting held on December 14, 2015, has allotted 5,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the warrant holder belonging to the promoter group, upon conversion of 5,00,000 nos. of warrants having attached thereto the right to convert into equal number of Equity Shares of the Company on preferential basis.
