Repco Home Finance approves allotment of 97570 Shares pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options

Pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, the Securities Allotment Committee of Repco Home Finance Ltd at its meeting held on November 25, 2015 allotted 97,570 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each.

Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 62,52,54,320 representing 6,25,25,432 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of REPCO HOME FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.650 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 647.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6347 in over 269 trades.
