The Initial Public Offering of Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd has received tremendous response from investors with the issue getting oversubscribed by 22.93 times. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd came out with a Initial Public Offering of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.280 to Rs.300 per share. The issue consists of 3,666,666 equity shares Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs.110 Crores.
The issue opened on April 10, 2006 and closed today. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription for 23.6339 times, Non Institutional Investors portion 42.8463 times and the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription for 18.2037 times. The issue received an overall subscription of 23.93 times.
