Subex Ltd allots 9486146 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Subex Ltd has allotted 94,86,146 equity shares pursuant to the conversion of US$ 2,200,000 out of the Company's US$ 47.43 million bonds that are outstanding under the US$ 127,721,000 5.70 per cent secured convertible bonds due 2017 on November 18, 2015. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to US$ 45.23 million are outstanding under the said Bonds.

Subject to the listing & trading approval of the NSE and BSE the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 3,17,91,80,440 to Rs. 3,27,40,41,900.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.14. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6075895 in over 8099 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.38 and intraday low of 10.94. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 72125266.
