Raymond Ltd announces change in CFO

Shri M. Shivkumar, Chief Financial Officer has decided to move on from Raymond Ltd to pursue other opportunities.

The Company has appointed Shri. Sanjay Bahl as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from November 16, 2015.

As required under Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, the said appointment has also been approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee respectively.

Shares of RAYMOND LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.408.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 415.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4576 in over 286 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 414.7 and intraday low of 406.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1882605.
