After a tremendous response in Noida, AUTOnCAB launches its services in Ghaziabad

Buoyed by its success in Noida, AUTOnCAB, a mobile app which provides on-demand, ultra-budget auto rickshaw rides announces the launch of its services in Ghaziabad. With 220 auto drivers on board and 25 NCR auto-rickshaws enlisted on the app already, AUTOnCAB is now set to elevate the last mile connectivity experience in the "Gateway of UP".

In Noida, AUTOnCAB rolled out its app three months ago and consumers have embraced the seamless experience it offers with great enthusiasm. In about 90 days, the app has recorded over 12,000 rides in the city with an average of a whopping 300 rides a day.

Speaking on the launch, Vinti Doshi, CEO and Co-Founder, AUTOnCAB said, "Ghaziabad has a stellar metro network. However, last mile connectivity is a huge issue in the city. As the number of working professionals and students in the city is rising every day, we felt there was a huge gap in the regular commuting system that had to be plugged. We are very positive of receiving an excellent response in Ghaziabad based on the traction that AUTOnCAB has got in Noida."

AUTOnCAB has played a vital role in enhancing the daily commute experience in the cities of Gurgaon, Noida and Chandigarh. Within a little more than a year of going live, the app has clocked over 3 lakh rides overall. After almost a year in Gurgaon, AUTOnCAB was registering almost 2000 rides a day. Buoyed by this success, it launched its services in Noida, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Kota in a span of two months. The key features of the app, available on both iOS and Android include the fare calculator which saves the customer from haggling with the driver, display of ETA of the driver, ability to rate the driver and the customer and visibility of the pickup address on the map.

The company deducts a fixed transaction fee per ride as a convenience charge over the calculated fare. At the backend, AUTOnCAB has a data analytics platform which derives intelligence on demand and supply patterns, driver performance metrics, ride management etc.
