Genesys International Corporation Ltd Grants 10 lakh Options under Genesys ESOP Scheme, 2010

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Genesys International Corporation Ltd has granted 10,00,000 Options to its eligible employees, in terms of the Company's ESOP Scheme-2010 at its meeting held October 21, 2015. One stock option grant represents one equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The stock option shall vest in the employees in three tranches i.e. end of one year, two years and after three years from the date of grant.

The above Options were granted at an exercise price of Rs.26.00 per equity share, which is 65.54% discount to the closing price of Rs.75.45 of Company's equity share on the National Stock Exchange of India on October 20, 2015.

Shares of GENESYS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 75.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 539 in over 40 trades.
