Capital First Ltd to issue NCDs worth Rs. 15 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on October 21, 2015, has approved a issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") for an aggregate amount of Rs. 15 Crore (Rupees Fifteen Crore only) on private placement basis.
