National Oxygen fixes Book Closure for AGM

National Oxygen Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2007 to September 21, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 21, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, no fresh divided has been recommended. Interim Dividend will be taken as final dividend.
