Flat Products fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Flat Products Equipments India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.
