Zensar Technologies Ltd approves grant of 12000 options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd at its Meeting held on October 20, 2015 approved Grant of 12,000 Options at an Exercise Price of Rs. 980.00 per Option to the Employee of the Company.

The vesting of the Options shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance of the Employee. Each Option upon vesting entitles employee to apply for One Equity Share of the Company.

Shares of ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.954.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 988.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91661 in over 6017 trades.
