NCL Industries Board recommends 20% dividend

NCL Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend on equity shares @ 20% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each amounting to Rs 2/- per share, on paid up equity capital of the Company, including dividend tax.
