Solar Explosives Board Meeting on Aug 07, 2007 to consider amalgamation

Solar Explosives Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Amalgamation between Solar Industries Ltd (Transferor Company) (Subsidiary of Economic Explosives Ltd) with the Company (Transferee Company) and also to consider the change of Name of the Company from "Solar Explosives Ltd" to "Solar Industries Ltd."

Solar Industries Ltd is subsidiary of the Company which (Economic Explosives Ltd) is subsidiary of Solar Explosives Ltd and as of date there are no continuing operations/business done by the said Company (Solar Industries Ltd).
