Peerless Abasan Updates on scheme of Amalgamation

Peerless Abasan Finance Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide its order dated May 22, 2007 and Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta vide its order dated June 20, 2007 have sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd with the Company. Certified copies of the orders have been obtained and filed by the Company with respective Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana on July 30, 2007 and also with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on July 30, 2007 and thus the Scheme has become effective from July 30, 2007.
