Voltamp Transformers Board recommends 80% dividend

Voltamp Transformers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 80% (i.e. Rs 8 per share), for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
