Vidooly India's first video analytics company, has earned one of the country's highest recognitions for Innovative IT Tech Startup Companies by the premier industry association, NASSCOM. NASSCOM announced its EMERGE 10 Award winners as a part of their EMERGE 50 2015 Awards to recognize the companies in the IT product and service domains. Ten technology startups are annually awarded on the basis of their technical prowess and growth potential, as a part of EMERGE 10.
Vidooly was launched in November 2014 by Subrat Kar, Ajay Mishra, and Nishant Radia. It is a YouTube intelligent marketing and analytics suite that helps content creators, brands and multi channel networks (MCNs), to maximize their YouTube organic views, build an audience base and earn more revenues on YouTube. It does this through its software suite that offers advanced features such as video tag suggestion, best time to upload, search rank analysis, competitor tracking, subscriber behavior analysis and influencers collaboration, to name a few.
Sharing his thoughts on the recognition, Nishant Radia, Co-founder and CMO, said, "We are excited and humbled to be recognized for the innovation that Vidooly brings to the table." He added, "Currently, content creators are putting a lot of effort to create good quality content, but the problem is that they find it difficult in targeting the right kind of audience to watch the content. This is where we step in. More than 300 hours of video is being uploaded on YouTube every minute, of which 90 per cent generate less than 10,000 views in the first one-month."
While the initial idea for Vidooly was to become an analytics tool, Ajay Mishra, Nishant Radia and Subrat Kar came up with the brain child of doing something around videos on YouTube specifically. The start-up, which was incubated last year in TLabs, a startup accelerator by Times Internet Ltd, provides a YouTube intelligent marketing and analytics suite that helps content creators, brands, and multi channel networks (MCNs), to maximize YouTube views, build better audience base, and grow faster.
Anyone with a YouTube channel and more than 500 subscribers can sign up with Vidooly to access the features available on its dashboard. At present, Vidooly supports videos hosted on YouTube and is being used by more than 5,000 YouTube channels globally.
