Ventura Textiles to write-off 75% of equity capital

Ventura Textiles Ltd has announced that pursuant to the BIFR order dated June 22, 2007, the Board has approved to write-off 75% of Equity Share capital & Reserves & Surplus against accumulated losses of the Company and consolidated shares to face value of Rs 10/- each.
