Alps Industries subsidiary to acquire 50% stake in Columbine Cody corp

Alps Industries Ltd has announced that Company's US subsidiary company ALPS USA INC. based in New York, USA, has entered into an agreement to acquire 50% equity stake in Columbine Cody corp.

Columbine Cody Corp, is based at Burlington, lowa and has a show-room in New York. The transaction shall be consummated in next two months. columbine Cody Corp. is a 15 years only Home Furnishing marketing and distribution company. The strategic partnership will enable the Company to service its North American customers better.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.15, up by Rs.2.55 or 5.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.20 and low of Rs.42.20. The total traded quantity was 182438 compared to 2 week average of 97073.
