JK Tyre Board approves 1:3 rights issue

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, has approved the issue of Capital by way of Rights Issue of one Equity Share for every three Equity Shares held as on the Record Date to be fixed for this purpose.
