ETC Network Board Meeting on Aug 06, 2007 to consider merger of Zee Interactive Learning

ETC Network Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2007, inter alia, to consider, a Scheme of Amalgamation envisaging the amalgamation of the Company with Zee Interactive Learning Systems Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.51.60, down by Rs.0.80 or 1.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.50 and low of Rs.50. The total traded quantity was 8951 compared to 2 week average of 15685.
