Mphasis Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Approval of revised financials of the Company and Group for the year ended March 31, 2007 pursuant to merger of EDS Electronic Data Systems (India) Pvt Ltd with the Company with effect from April 01, 2006.
2. Approval of financial results of the Company and Group for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).
The stock was trading at Rs.266, up by Rs.6.70 or 2.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.267.90 and low of Rs.255. The total traded quantity was 165307 compared to 2 week average of 261514.
