Batliboi Board approves stock split

Batliboi Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, has approved the Split of Equity Share of Rs 10/- each of the Company into Two Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
