Bhartiya International Ltd grants 155800 Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Bhartiya International Ltd has granted/offered 1,55,800 stock options under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2013 to the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiary companies on September 16, 2015 at an exercise price of Rs. 50/- per option.
