The ESOP Committee of Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Ltd at their meeting held on September 15, 2015 has allotted 44,036 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each under Muthoot ESOP 2013. The paid up Capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 3,97,99,99,600 consisting of 39,79,99,960 equity shares to Rs 3,98,04,39,960 consisting of 39,80,43,996 equity shares.
