Zylog Systems Limited IPO receives 76.51 times subscription

The Initial Public offering of Zylog Systems Limited which closed for subscription on July 25, 2007 has received overwhelming response from investors with the company receiving 76.51 times subscription.

The company's IPO opened for subscription on July 20,2007. The company issued 36,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.330/- to Rs.350/- through 100% book-building issue.

The company received bids for 275447740 shares against the offer of 3600000. The issue received 35094660 equity shares at cut-off price.

Out of the issue, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received bids for 188063600 shares against the offer of 2100000 shares resulting in a subcription of 89.5541 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received subscription of 143.9542 times with bids for 50383980 shares against the offer of 350000 shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion received bids for 36889600 shares against the offer of 1050000 shares resulting in a subscription of 35.1330 times.

The Employee Reservation portion received bids for 1.1056 times with bids for 110560 shares against the offer of 100000 shares.
