MD resigns from ABB India Ltd

Mr. Bazmi R. Husain, Managing Director of ABB India Ltd has resigned as a Director and Managing Director of the Company as he is likely to take up a different role and responsibilities in ABB Group. His resignation has been accepted and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 02, 2015. Mr. Bazmi R. Husain would be relieved from the services of the Company as per the Company's policy and the terms of his appointment.

The Board placed on record its appreciation on his leadership and performance as the Company's Managing Director since he took over in the year 2011.

Shares of ABB India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.1192.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1190.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5960 in over 661 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1202.85 and intraday low of 1158.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7062248.
