GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Board Meeting on Jul 26, 2007 to consider results

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter April - June 2007 and the half year ended June 30, 2007 (Q2).

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company will also take up for consideration, a proposal for the proposed divestment of the Company's Fine Chemicals Business at that meeting.
