Konark Synthetic Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider Un-audited Accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, and also to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation pursuant to Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 of M/s. Excel Synthetic Pvt Ltd and M/s. Konark Silk Mills Pvt Ltd with the Company with effect from appointed date i.e. April 01, 2007 subject to approval of various authorities.
