BSL approves merger of Bhilwara Processors Ltd

BSL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, has approved the proposal for Amalgamation of Bhilwara Processors Ltd with the Company subject to approval from shareholders, Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court and other Regulatory Authorities.
