The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of Enkei Wheels (India) Ltd will remain closed from September 14, 2015 to September 19, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 19, 2015.

Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended from time to time Company has fixed September 12, 2015, as a cutoff date to record the entitlement of Members to cast their votes electronically for the businesses to be transacted at the ensuing Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company. The e-Voting period commences on September 16, 2015 at IST 09:00 AM and ends on September 18, 2015 at IST 05:00 PM.
