Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd allots shares on exercise of Stock Options

Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd allots shares on exercise of Stock Options39,032 options under Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan 2005 ("Plan 2005") and 20,258 options under JLL Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 ("Plan 2011") have been exercised by the option holders.
Pursuant to the terms of Plan 2005 and Plan 2011, the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd (the "Committee") has approved on i.e. August 22, 2015, transfer of 2,15,418 equity shares of Re.1 each of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited from Jubilant Employees Welfare Trust to the eligible option holders.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of Plan 2005 read with the Scheme of Amalgamation and Demerger between the Company, Speciality Molecules Limited, Pace Marketing Specialities Limited and Jubilant Industries Limited (JIL), the Committee has also approved transfer of 9,754 equity shares of Rs.10 each of JIL to the eligible option holders.

Shares of JUBILANT LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.369.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 351.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 498030 in over 10808 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 372.75 and intraday low of 338.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 180442443.
