Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd allots 61678 Equity Shares

The Committee of the Board of Directors of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on August 20, 2015, allotted 61,678 (Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy Eight) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to the eligible employees of the Company under the DHFL Employee Stock Option Schemes -2009-Plan-II.

The said equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Consequent to the allotment of equity shares under DHFL Employees Stock Option Schemes to the eligible employees of the Company, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 145,79,48,520 divided into 14,57,94,852 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/-each to Rs. 145,85,65,300 divided into 14,58,56,530 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.489.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 499.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69433 in over 2360 trades.
