Jaihind Projects Board Meeting on Jul 31, 2007 to consider results

Jaihind Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record un-audited Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To take decision on issuance of 1000000 Equity Shares of Rs l0/- each at a premium calculated as per SEBI Guide Lines on Preferential basis.

3. To fix the day, time, place and date of Annual General Meeting and to approve the notice convening the meeting.
