Multi Arc India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the funds raising program for the Company as well as to take on record unaudited (stand alone & consolidated) financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
