Rathi Udyog Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The Un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To review the working of the Company and progress of Orissa Project.

3. To consider the proposal for change in the name of the Company in line with its present & future business plan.
