Ircon International Board to recommend final dividend

Ircon International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 and will also recommend final dividend for the year 2006-07.
