GV Films enters into Joint Distribution Agreement with Narmadha Travels LLC, USA

GV Films Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Joint Distribution Agreement with M/s. Narmadha Travels LLC, USA for distribution of Tamil Movies in USA theatres on an equal profit sharing basis. Apart from the recently released tamil movie 'Kreedam'(Starring Ajit), the Company would jointly distribute 'Azhagiya Tamizh Magan' (starring Vijay), 'Satham Podathe', 'Arya' (starring Madhavan and Bhavana) and 'Urchagam' in the next few months. The Company intends to distribute about 20 tamil feature films in US theatrical market in a year.

The stock closed the day at Rs.7.88, down by Rs.0.06 or 0.76%. The total traded quantity was 2166547 compared to 2 week average of 3810620. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.20 and low of Rs.7.80.
