Amrit Enterprises Board recommends 15% dividend

Amrit Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2007, has recommended dividend @ Rs 1.5 per share (i.e. 15%) on equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up for the year 2006-07.
